Do you deliver globally?

Absolutely! We proudly offer worldwide shipping.

Where are your items shipped from?

Our products are shipped from Hong Kong.

I changed my mind. Can I edit or cancel my order?

Certainly! But as we prioritize swift order processing, any modifications or cancellations must be done within 12 hours of placing your order. Orders after this period can't be altered but can be returned for a full refund upon receipt.

Which payment options are available?

We gladly accept all major credit cards, including VISA, Mastercard, and AMEX, as well as PayPal payments.

When will my order be processed and shipped?

Orders are managed and dispatched from our warehouse. Do allow additional processing time during holidays and sale events. We handle orders from Monday to Friday. They are processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and are shipped the subsequent day. Please be informed that we do not ship during weekends.

How soon will my order be delivered?

Given the high demand, the delivery period for orders can range between 2-4 weeks.

What if my order doesn’t arrive?

Should your order not arrive within 30 days post-shipment, you qualify for a complete refund.

Will there be additional customs and tax charges?

The prices listed on our website are tax-free in US Dollars. Consequently, on receiving your order, you may be subjected to import duties, taxes, and related customs fees which are determined by your local customs office. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and won’t be borne by us.

I received a faulty/wrong item. What should I do?

In the rare event that you receive incorrect, damaged, or missing merchandise, kindly reach out to us with your order number, item pictures, and all relevant references. We will endeavor to address your concern promptly.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are credited to your original payment method. If you used a credit or debit card, refunds would be forwarded to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days post-receipt of the returned item or cancellation. For exact refund timings, please liaise with your bank. If your refund is delayed, it's advisable to contact your bank or credit card company.

Shopping with us is absolutely safe! We utilize SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon the purchase of your product. We never store information about our customer's private details!

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Of course! You can make a purchase as a guest. However, setting up an account will allow you to order without entering your details every time you shop with us.

How do I know that my order has been successfully submitted?

You will receive an email confirmation containing the Order Number and details of your purchase.

How can I track my delivery?

Once the order has been dispatched, a unique tracking number will be sent to your registered email. You can track your package using this number on our website.

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

Please contact us immediately at info@sweeking.com with a photograph of the damaged product. We will guide you through the return process.
